Our Cuisine

Santa Fe Grill is rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Northern New Mexico—where chile, spice, and simplicity come together in perfect balance.

But our story doesn’t stop there.

Over 25 years ago, a journey to Istanbul reshaped our approach to food. There, we discovered how to layer warmth, spice, and depth in a way that transformed everything.

That influence lives in our kitchen today.

We bring together:

  • the aromatic spice traditions of Turkey
